Both employees that I spoke to both in person and over the phone were extremely helpful and courteous. What is especially shocking is that I asked for a follow up and I was promptly called the next day with the information that I needed. Going into the store in person was smooth and easy, and everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend Kayes Drug Store for all your needs! Their hours are also great as they are open 9 am - 6 pm. Thank you so much for your help!

The people who work here are extremely thorough and on it, better than I have seen at any pharmacy. I was looking for a medication that was extremely hard to locate as it’s in short supply (for months). They were able to find it and ship it to me, while keeping it cold. It was a miracle, and they were communicative and helpful through the whole process. I am so grateful to have found this pharmacy and its caring staff! Highly recommend using them, even just seeing their highly rated reviews is an anomaly, pharmacies just don’t operate as efficiently as this one does! And not only efficient but with kind, thoughtful, detail oriented staff. I’m impressed. Thank you, Kayes, you have helped me a ton.

The service here is great! Truly great staff and very helpful when asked question! They complete everything on time and The pharmacists and technicians are all very nice and very quick! I love this pharmacy so much despite living at least two hours away from them. I still go back to them because they really respect their patients and provide excellent service! I cannot praise them enough! 10/10 recommend!

I just switched to this pharmacy from what I heard and saw from my experience with my sister their a very sufficient, supportive helpful and caring pharmacist, so that’s my reason for switching, amd I believe I won’t be disappointed. My services started 4/17 but I won’t actually start receiving my medication until 4/28. Inshallah -Gods willing everything will be okay

Kayes is on of the best drug stores I have ever visited and worked with. They have helped me a lot with information about my medication they deliver my medication and other supplies. Very friendly environment. I recommend them to everyone that can make them their pharmacy.
